Our Story
Luke and Shelby met back in late 2019 just before the pandemic hit. When Covid struck they spent months hiding out in their apartments bonding over their shared interests in video games and tv shows. Spring break turned into accidentally living together which turned into moving to Tampa together in late 2020.
In 2021 they moved in together in a little apartment in downtown St. Pete where they began to fall in love with their community. For the past three and a half years they have been raising their dog Daisy and recently got a 45 gallon aquarium for their exotic aquatic pets. Luke proposed to Shelby in 2022 the day before they moved into their first rental house.
May 12th they decided to tie the knot and are now planning to celebrate their love with a belated reception they like to call “The Celebration of Marriage”. We hope that you can join us for this joyous occasion and look forward to spending the rest of their lives together!

A super fun girly who woke up bright and early to steam everyone’s outfits. Emily Lanning was willing to do ANYTHING to make sure the day went perfect! Shelby is so grateful Emily was there to help her get ready and Daisy was grateful to have a such a wonderful handler.

Always on his feet, a hard working and reliable man who was there every step of the way. Jessie Pullaro is Luke’s partner in crime at the office and best dawg. Luke is so grateful to have had Jessie by his side on this very special day.

Sherrie Leatherwood was Luke’s youth pastor growing up at Bay Hope Church. Sherrie has watched Luke grow into the amazing man he is today and has helped the two of them grow in their relationship through counseling.

The day would not be complete without Daisy fulfilling the most important role: The Ring Bearer! She did her absolute best and kept the rings safe in her backpack until it was time for her Mom and Dad to get hitched.
